Plans & Credits
Plans, meters, and credit packs
Thrifter through Warehouse set monthly AI scans and eBay comps. $3 packs add 50 scans or 25 comps that stay until you use them. Allowances reset on the first of the month UTC, separate from Apple’s bill date.
ResellFinder meters two kinds of work. An AI scan is one signed-in research request (Scan item or Rapid scan). An eBay comp is one lookup of live eBay listings for the same or similar items. The camera can open when a meter is empty. A new AI check cannot.
Sign in before you buy. Purchases attach to your ResellFinder account. The charge goes to the Apple ID on the iPhone.
Listed prices below are the US catalog amounts. Apple’s purchase sheet is the price for your storefront.
The four plans
Open Your plan from the plan row or Upgrade in Settings. Switch Monthly and Annual on that screen. Annual plans bill once a year. Their scan and comp allowances still reset every month.
| Plan | Listed US price | AI scans / month | eBay comps / month | Haul |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Thrifter | Free | 15 | 5 | No. Scan and review the current session |
| Picker | $5.00 / month or $50.00 / year | 150 | 75 | Yes. Saved finds and lockers |
| Flipper | $15.00 / month or $150.00 / year | 600 | 400 | Same Haul as Picker, higher allowance |
| Warehouse | $50.00 / month or $490.00 / year | 3,000 | 2,500 | Same Haul as Picker, highest allowance |
Flipper is marked as the featured plan in the list. Picker, Flipper, and Warehouse share the same Haul tools. The difference is how many checks you can run.
Thrifter has no subscription to buy. To leave a paid plan, cancel it or let it end in Apple’s subscriptions. Paid access usually continues until that period ends. The app can show a scheduled downgrade when one is pending.
Where the meters are
Settings → Plan shows the plan name, when the allowance resets, and Upgrade. Expand the row for:
- AI scans —
used of cap - eBay comps —
used of cap - Manage subscription
- Insights — locker stats for the last 30 days
Mint fill means under half of that meter is used. Yellow means half or more.
Plans can also show when the cap includes pack credits.
When allowances reset
Allowances reset at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of each calendar month. That clock is not your App Store renewal date. A subscription can renew mid-month while the meters still reset on the 1st.
- Unused allowance on Picker, Flipper, and Warehouse expires at reset.
- Unused eBay comps never roll over, on any plan.
- Thrifter unused AI scans can carry into the next month. The next month’s AI allowance, before any pack, is capped at 30. If you used 5 of 15, 10 unused scans carry and the next cap is 25, plus any pack credits. If you used none, the next AI cap is 30.
- Purchased pack credits are not part of that monthly leftover. They are counted on top, and they are not thrown away at reset.
$3 credit packs
On Plans, Need more this month? lists two one-time packs. Buy one when a weekend run would otherwise stop on an empty meter. Any signed-in plan can buy them, including Thrifter. They do not auto-renew.
| Pack | Credits | Listed US price |
|---|---|---|
| +50 AI scans | 50 AI scans | $3.00 |
| +25 comps | 25 eBay comps | $3.00 |
- Sign in and open Plans.
- Tap +50 AI scans or +25 comps.
- Confirm the purchase on the Apple sheet.
- The matching meter cap increases. Plans may show that the cap includes a pack.
The monthly plan allowance is used first. Pack credits start being spent once that month’s AI scans or eBay comps from the plan are used up. A pack does not replace the plan allowance, and the plan allowance does not get larger because a pack is sitting unused.
Unused pack credits:
- Stay on the account until you use them, including across monthly resets.
- Stay if you change or cancel a subscription.
- Are removed if you delete the ResellFinder account.
- Are not granted a second time when you tap Restore purchases. Restore puts an active subscription back on this account. It does not repurchase a consumable pack.
“Need more this month?” means extra credits for usage. It does not mean the pack expires at month-end.
Buy, restore, and cancel
Subscribe
- Open Plans.
- Choose Monthly or Annual.
- Tap the upgrade control on Picker, Flipper, or Warehouse.
- Confirm on the Apple sheet.
Restore
- Sign in with the same ResellFinder account you used when you bought.
- Open Plans.
- Tap Restore purchases.
Cancel or change billing
On Plans, tap Manage subscription, or open Apple at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. You can also use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Refunds are Apple’s decision: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting the ResellFinder account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel in Apple separately so it does not renew.
If something goes wrong
You’ve used this month’s AI scans or eBay comps
Upgrade, or add the matching $3 pack. An empty eBay meter does not block an AI scan when Check eBay with each AI scan is off. An empty AI meter blocks a new research request.
I paid and the plan name did not change
Stay signed in, wait for the purchase sheet to finish, then use Restore purchases. The Apple ID that paid and the ResellFinder account you are signed into both have to line up.
The reset date is not my bill date
That is expected. Meters reset at 00:00 UTC on the 1st. Apple bills on its own schedule.
Restore did not add my pack again
Packs credit once. Unused credits should still be on the account. If the cap is short, email support@resellfinder.app with the plan name and the approximate time of the purchase. Do not send payment card numbers.
